Based on the national requirements of Chinese textile requirements GB 18401, Chinese children’s textile requirements GB 31701, and children’s footwear safety technical specifications GB 30585-2014.

process

1. Preparation: The applicant can consult the sample quantity and inspection requirements by telephone or email;

2. Inspection application: submit a written application, and for first-time, the applicant should provide a copy of the business license;

3. Sample delivery: samples can be sent by express delivery, and the express samples should be mailed together with the “Applicant Inspection Application Form”;

4. Sample reception: The client should fill in the description of the sample submitted for inspection (such as sample name, article number/model number, color, size, quantity, etc.) 

5. Inspection implementation: inspectors shall inspect and judge the commissioned samples according to the inspection items and inspection methods specified in the “Applicant Inspection Application Form”;

6. Report issuance: In accordance with the relevant requirements and inspection results in the “Applicant Inspection Application Form”, an inspection report will be issued within the specified inspection period and sent to the Applicant’s mailbox.

indonesia import supervision project ivp

Profile:

In order to control the quality of imported goods, the Indonesian government has implemented an import supervision project, the IVP project (IMPORT VERIFICATION PROGRAM), which is specifically implemented by KSO (KSO Sucofindo-Surveyor Indonesia) since 2002. At the beginning, the project only targeted two kinds of commodities, and by 2008 it increased to ten kinds of commodities. China Certification & Inspection Group currently has the qualifications for food, beverage, footwear and steel inspection. CCIC began implementing IVP inspections for products exported from China to Indonesia in January 2009. The basic inspection content is cargo inspection and supervision before shipment. The inspection is a mandatory inspection by the Indonesian government

PROCESS

1. The importer submits verification/inspection requirements to KSO Jakarta.

2. After the importer pays the inspection fee, KSO Jakarta submits verification/inspection instructions to the importer according to the inspection requirements.

3. When the importer submits the inspection order, KSO Jakarta will send the inspection order to CCIC Singapore Operation Center and China Inspection Center of  CCIC by email.

4. On the day of receipt of the inspection instruction, CCIC Singapore Operation Center uploads the inspection instruction on the CCIC operating platform and sends the inspection instruction to the China Inspection Center of CCIC.

5. After consulting the instruction, fax the information inquiry form to the exporter/supplier.

6. After receiving the reply to the exporter information inquiry form, the China Inspection Center of CCIC will arrange the inspection timetable with the exporter.

7. The China Inspection Center of CCIC conducts on-site inspection on the designated date and place.

8. The China Inspection Center of CCIC will update all the details, pictures and reports related to the inspection on the CCIC operating platform within 24 hours after the inspection is completed.

9. The China Inspection Center of CCIC inspects and reviews the draft inspection report on the CCIC operating platform.

10. The CCIC Singapore Operation Center finally reviews the draft inspection report on the CCIC operation platform.

11. After the final review is completed, CCIC Singapore Operations Center sends the draft inspection report to KSO Jakarta, and emails a manual copy to KSO Jakarta on the same day and no later than 48 hours after the completion of the inspection.

12. After KSO Jakarta has finalized the copy, it will send the final inspection report to the importer.
